While tracking a shipment for Sara at Deneen Pottery in St. Paul, we found out the delivering terminal in Virginia for various reasons was not going to make the delivery of her freight in time for a product show over the weekend. We immediately went to work finding a way to get her skid rescued and delivered. Jon found a Hot Shot carrier while Lloyd communicated with the terminal to get the pallet available to be released and picked up. We rescued the freight off the terminal dock and delivered it a couple hours later that day, in time to make the cut-off for deliveries for the show. This is just another example of the team effort and steps we take to ensure our customers are always happy with our service. Sara was extremely grateful for our efforts and said the show was a success!
